The PlotThe year is 1777, and the American Revolution has begun. Fresh troops stand awaiting orders from officials, only one thing on their mind; war.
The British have their powerful Royal Navy and Army, however it is difficult for them to fight a war so far from home.
The American Patriots have their determination and bravado urging them on, and with their own Declaration of Independence written and signed, there's no going back to the way things were before.
Amidst the war though are people's own battles. Some are torn between sides, others are forced into a fight they don't want. A few even die for things they don't believe in.
But the tides can - and will - turn. Which direction the future takes, however, is another thing...
Make your own history...

Sub-Plot Updates
The StormSpring, 1777. From the coastline of Canada all the way down to the beaches of Florida, storms are tearing up the shores and citizens' homes and livelihoods. The available ports offer some shelter from the raging seas and rain, but only for the Continental Navy. For the British Navy, the stormy weather hammers them from all sides, and that's not their only worry; once the weather clears, it will be only a matter of time before the American ships arrive to harass them further.
In the Caribbean islands, the French and Spanish have decided to attempt a take over to eliminate British rule in the West Indies colonies, a task that should be made a little easier now the Royal Navy is pre-occupied with the bad weather.
Further inland, however, the British are giving as good as they get. In New Hampshire, the weather has succeeded in damaging an American-held fort. The Redcoats, seeing an opportunity to attack and capture the fortifications, are making preparations to start an assault - and all the rebels inside the fort can do is ready their defenses for the certain fight that will come.
And, like is normally the case with bad storms and natural disasters, illness does not take long to break out. It seems the North American continent is being harried by all elements.
For a Noble CauseFollowing a need for a more developed American Intelligence system being expressed by military commanders, a plan has been devised by the Continentals in an attempt to get further inside information on British forces. Three men, considered some of the elite in the American military, have been approached and offered the opportunity to spy for their cause - and all three have agreed to undergo the mission. Their identities have been kept secret from everyone other than a few senior officers, and once briefed on what's expected of them, have been sent to the nearest British camp to offer their services as Loyalist soldiers.
From there they will be aided by four British soldiers and officers, who have been bribed, threatened or otherwise persuaded to help the Rebels in their cause. Now their own necks are on the line, the Redcoats can't afford to let the spies be found out for risk of their own involvement being revealed.
