Paine rested his tiny hand on the window of his bedroom. Even though it was now late twilight, the streets were still busy. The seven year old sighed in a much older way, his whispy blonde hair spilling in front of his eyes, but he hardly noticed.
Jordan Keller looked at his son, the serious way he sighed, they way his hair, fair, like Natalie's, and so unlike his own, tumbled down in front of his eyes. He sighed, and went to stand by his son. "Time for bed." He said, and the serious looks and voices turned to grins and laughter as Jordan chased Paine all over the house.
Paine shrieked with laughter as his ran frantically, trying to avoid being caught and put into bed.
